SERVICE INFORMATION

Clear terms.
Clear expectations.

Updated November 2026. These policies apply to Rivetshore's introductory website quality-assurance service. This website is currently in pre-launch preparation; no live checkout or public enquiry intake is active.

Service terms must be agreed in writing before any customer makes payment. The service is provided under the Rivetshore brand by its sole-proprietor operator, not by a separate incorporated entity.

Service and scope

The proposed $99 USD introductory Website Launch QA Sprint covers one site, up to five agreed publicly accessible pages, Chromium at desktop and narrow viewports, and three agreed browsing-only journeys. It delivers a prioritized report with screenshots where useful, steps to reproduce, expected/actual behavior, positive checks, and explicit limitations.

The service does not promise a particular number of defects. It excludes private logins, purchases, form submissions, website modifications, security testing, exhaustive accessibility or cross-browser certification, and fixes. Any additional work requires separate agreement.

Delivery and retest

Delivery is proposed within two business days after written scope confirmation, necessary URL information, testing permission, and capacity confirmation. Actual timing is established in writing before purchase. Reports are provided digitally. No physical shipping is involved.

A single bounded retest of originally reported findings may be requested within seven calendar days after initial delivery, after fixes are ready and renewed authorization is confirmed. Retesting does not expand the approved page or journey list.

Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel for a full refund before inspection work begins. If Rivetshore cannot perform the mutually agreed scope, you may request a full refund. After work begins, contact us promptly with any concerns; refund requests are reviewed based on work performed and any failure to deliver the agreed service, in accordance with applicable consumer law. We do not promise a guaranteed defect count or defect-free website.

Please request a cancellation or refund through the same verified business communication channel used to agree the engagement. No payments are accepted on this website until an operational support channel is available and terms are confirmed.

Privacy

This static site does not currently collect form submissions or payment details and does not use advertising trackers. Hosting providers may process basic access and security logs as part of delivering the website. External font files may be requested from Google Fonts, which receives standard connection information.

For future paid work, only information necessary to scope, perform, and deliver the agreed service should be provided: business contact details, public site URLs, inspection instructions, and relevant evidence. Avoid sending passwords, card information, customer personal data, or confidential production material. Payment details, if enabled, will be handled through a third-party payment processor under its own terms. Customer reports will be retained only as needed to deliver the service, support retests, handle disputes, and comply with law; detailed retention terms will be agreed before purchase.

Other terms

The customer or an authorized representative must confirm inspection permission. Rivetshore provides limited observations, not a legal, accessibility, security, or regulatory certification. The customer remains responsible for code changes, deployment decisions, and independent verification appropriate to its risk. If laws grant you non-waivable rights, those rights still apply.

Business contact details and live purchasing instructions will be published when intake opens. Until then, please do not send payment or assume availability. These terms may be revised prospectively; the version expressly accepted for an order controls that engagement.
